Wines of Uruguay

Uruguayan born Carla Bertellotti is the leading importer of artisanal Uruguayan wines in to the UK.  These really are some of the very best wines we have tasted. Fortunately for us, Wines of Uruguay are based just a few miles from us, but with an online ordering system, you can order from anywhere in the UK.

Biopoint

Cheesemakers can't function without a decent pH metre. Gerry at Biopoint gave us excellent customer service when we were trying to decide which equipment to go for. Drop him a line if you need anything for the lab.

Jongia UK

"de Jonge Speaking!" Everyone's favourite Dutchman Jaap de Jonge is the man when it comes to sourcing equipment for the small to medium size dairy. Jongia acts as a hub in the UK, able to source equipment and ingredients from Europe's best suppliers. We first began working with Jaap in 2006 and have built up a great relationship with him and the equipment companies that supply through him. All of the equipment we have received has been of the highest quality and standard. Jongia also offer trips to Germany where you can visit dairies and see all their equipment in action.

Lyburn Cheesemakers

Mike and Judy Smales make some terrific cheeses here in Wiltshire and can be found all over the south and at Hampshire Farmers' Markets

Mr Moyden's Farmouse Cheese

Down in deepest rural Shropshire, you'll find Martin Moyden. The third generation of his family, Martin is using his father's milk to good effect, winning numerous medals with his own cheese creations.
