The three ethics that we work alongside see us create quality local products for the island and beyond. 

...In doing this we support the supplying Island dairy farmers by paying a fair price in return for fresh local milk that is entirely traceable. 
We aim to be sustainable by turning Isle of Wight milk in to high quality, affordable local cheeses.
