We started making cheese at the dairy in Queenbower
in October 2006...

The aim was to create a variety of small scale handmade cheeses for the island. Shortly afterwards we started winning awards, and now we take just about every drop of milk the farmer here can give us. Find out who we are, what we do and why we do it.

Our Story

The three ethics that we work alongside see us create quality local products for the island and beyond. 

...In doing this we support the supplying Island dairy farmers by paying a fair price in return for fresh local milk that is entirely traceable. 
We aim to be sustainable by turning Isle of Wight milk in to high quality, affordable local cheeses.

Since 2013 we're proud to have been
SALSA accredited.
